1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of ScreenGo ("the Service"), a digital signage, entertainment and interactive content platform provided by VMA Systems Limited ("VMA Systems", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2 By registering for, subscribing to, accessing or using ScreenGo, the customer ("Customer", "you" or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 These Terms apply to business customers using ScreenGo for commercial, professional or organisational purposes. They do not constitute the terms governing individual members of the public participating in interactive games.

1.4 The individual accepting these Terms on behalf of a business confirms that they have authority to bind that business to this agreement.

1.5 Where a separate written agreement or order form has been entered into between VMA Systems and the Customer, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence in the event of any conflict.

2. Description of the Service

2.1 ScreenGo is a cloud-based platform providing digital signage, information displays, interactive entertainment and related services.

2.2 Depending on the Customer's subscription, available functionality may include:

• Digital signage displaying images, videos, promotional content and advertising.
• Online management of screens, venues, playlists and schedules.
• Interactive multiplayer games, quizzes and entertainment.
• QR code-based participation using personal mobile devices.
• News, RSS feeds, scrolling messages and information services.
• Sports information, fixtures, results and league standings.
• Karaoke and other entertainment services.
• AI-assisted content generation.
