RouteGo is provided for use by employees of our customers (your employer) to support operational and service-related tasks.

VMA Systems does not collect, store, or process personal data for its own purposes through the App. All data generated through use of the App is controlled by your employer.

VMA Systems acts strictly as a data processor on behalf of its customers (the data controllers) and does not determine the purposes or means of processing personal data.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

All personal data processed via the App is done under the authority of your employer, who acts as the data controller.

The legal basis for processing is determined by your employer and may include:

• Performance of a contract (e.g. your employment)
• Legitimate interests (e.g. operational efficiency)
• Compliance with legal obligations

3. How Permissions Are Used

The App requests limited device permissions solely to enable core functionality in a work context.

RouteGo does not use permissions for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
